Privacy Policy To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. The Information We Collect We collect personal information (e.g. name and email address etc) when you sign up for FluxTime Studio membership. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. FluxTime will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice. For statistical purposes, we also may collect certain non-personal information when you visit the FluxTime web site, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g. Netscape, Internet Explorer) or the web address of the page that referred you to this site (e.g. www.google.com/search, www.yahoo.com/directory). How We Use the Information In general, any information you provide to FluxTime will only be used within FluxTime. It will never be supplied to anyone outside FluxTime without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. Also, if you mail or publish offensive or inappropriate content through the integrated mail system or in FluxTime online galleries or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the FluxTime website, and FluxTime considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, FluxTime can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop such behaviour. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or internet service provider about the content and your behaviour. We will use your personal information to manage membership accounts, (e.g. we may provide you with a new password or notify you before your membership runs out). We will hold your personal information on our systems for duration of your membership, and remove it in the event that you no longer wish to continue your FluxTime Studio membership. For safety reasons, however, FluxTime may store mail data (including mail content, member names, times and dates) transmitted over the internal mail system for a period of six months. We sometimes use non-personal information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to analyse site usage.Access to your personal information You have the right to request a copy of the personal information FluxTime holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Users 16 and under If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to the FluxTime website.
